CONCLUSION

Results of research and concluded as follows:

to the communities surrounding the company has performed.
(2) community economic empowerment program that is done in
implementation of CSR by PT. GGP form partnerships with groups of breeder
Kampung Karang Endah cultivation in cattle production cut, partnership
with farmers' groups Kampung Gunung Batin clown in the cultivation of cassava,
and partnerships with groups of mothers of PKK in the village of Terbanggi
sewing clothes working employees.
(3) Karalcter individual communities and the quality of the CSR program tidal (effect
real attempt to change behavior, while the facilitator competency
